"On My Aura" Campaign — Content Submission Agreement
Please read this Agreement carefully before submitting any content (photographs and/or stories) to the "On My Aura" campaign operated by Aura Home, Inc. ("Aura"). By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Campaign Overview
Aura Home, Inc. invites you ("Participant") to submit personal photographs and accompanying written stories for potential featuring across Aura's owned and operated marketing channels as part of the "On My Aura" campaign ("Campaign"). This Agreement governs your participation in, and content submission to, the Campaign.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Campaign is open to all individuals worldwide. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
• All information you provide in connection with your submission is accurate and complete.
3. Submission Guidelines
All content submitted to the Campaign must comply with the following guidelines. Aura reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion.
• Submitted photographs and stories must be original works that you own entirely.
• Content must not depict any third party without that individual's explicit written consent.
• Submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
• By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the submitted photographs and accompanying stories, free and clear of any third-party claims.
4. License Grant
By submitting your photograph(s) and story, you grant Aura and its representatives, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns, and those acting with the permission or authorization of any of them (collectively, "Authorized Persons"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display your submitted content across all of Aura's marketing
channels, including but not limited to:
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and others)
• Email marketing campaigns
• Aura's website, auraframes.com, including the Aura blog
• Out-of-home marketing and advertising materials

5. Personal Information & Privacy
If your submission is selected and featured, Aura will attribute your content using only the following
information:
• First name
• Age
• City / Location
No additional personal information (e.g., last name, email address, or phone number) will be disclosed publicly. All participant data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with Aura's Privacy Policy, available at: auraframes.com/privacy.
6. No Compensation
Participation in the Campaign does not entitle you to any monetary compensation, free products, discounts, or other consideration. Aura may, at its sole discretion, choose to recognize featured participants in non-monetary ways (e.g., social media tags), but is under no obligation to do so.
7. No Guarantee of Use
Submitting content does not guarantee that your photograph or story will be selected or featured. Aura retains sole editorial discretion over all content selection and publication decisions.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aura regarding your participation in the Campaign and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
Aura may assign or license this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any party. This Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of each party's respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.
This Agreement is governed by the internal laws of the State of New York, without regard to any choice or conflict of law provisions. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
9. Consent, Waiver & Release
By signing this Agreement, you provide Aura with your absolute and unconditional consent, waiver, and release of liability, authorizing Aura to publicize, commercially exploit, and otherwise use all content you submit in connection with this Campaign as described above. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms of this Agreement, and that your assignment,
release, and consent are irrevocable.
